		<description>There should be no error, as long as there is no temperature gradient in the wires. I just realised this might be a bit late to answer your question.

		<description>On an Aircraft Chromel/Alumel EGT Ckt, we have about 150feet between the measurement ckt and the Sensors at the engine. What type of error could we expect if the contact pins at the sensor end where not the same material as the wires but just regular gold plated copper contacts?</description>

		<description>When measuring temperature in a saturated steam autoclave environment using a thermocouple (6) to control the load run, I have had a reading drop below the control temperature set point during one minute time span but immediately be back at the expected range at t he next minute.  The wire is placed in a stainless steel thermowell 1.75&quot; in a 20mL glass vial.  When placed in a top of the load exposed position, I believe that a droplet of condensate hits the thermowell opening and drops into the thermowell holding the monitoring TC wire flashes off the mositire.  Can this cause the momentary temperature drop when operating at 122.0 - 122.5 Deg C?</description>
