Dr. Najmeh Fallahtafti is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vertiv, specializing in the design and optimization of advanced cooling
systems for high-power density data centers. She holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on thermal management of
electronic packages and has extensive expertise in both single-phase and two-phase cooling. Her background includes a strong combination of computational and experimental work, with deep experience in CFD, thermal simulations, and lab-scale testing. Her work spans from component-level analysis to rack-level solutions. At Vertiv, she contributes to the development of innovative and efficient thermal systems.
Dr. Greg Busch is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vertiv in the Advanced Product Development Group and has over 15 years of experience in advanced thermal technology development, system design, and research across multiple industries. His expertise spans data center liquid cooling, thermal modeling and simulation, program management, and process optimization. Dr. Busch has a proven track record of driving innovation and leading complex projects, from optimizing high-density cooling systems for
data centers to pioneering thermal solutions for aerospace and automotive applications. Proficient in tools such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), and thermal simulation software, he is dedicated to developing novel and efficient solutions for complex thermal challenges.
Dr. Arpan Kundu is currently a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vertiv, where he specializes in designing data center cooling systems for high power density racks. He also has prior work experience working on package thermal modeling and optimization at Intel Corporation. Arpan obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering from Purdue University with a thesis on novel devices for waste energy storage and conversion. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has focused on developing expertise in electronics cooling applications using modeling and validation techniques.
