Dr. Azita Soleymani is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of HeatSync (www.heat-sync.com), a Silicon Valley-based consulting consortium specializing in thermal management for electronics and battery systems. With nearly 150 years of combined team expertise, HeatSync delivers advanced thermal design, simulation, testing, and reliability solutions across a broad range of sectors including energy storage, consumer electronics, aerospace, semiconductors, medical devices, and AI infrastructure. The company serves as a one-stop partner for organizations navigating the most complex thermal challenges. Previously a member of the technical staff at Meta, Dr. Soleymani has co-authored over 40 technical papers and is widely recognized for her leadership in developing innovative, mission-critical thermal solutions. Her work bridges high-fidelity modeling with real-world applications, driving performance, safety, and sustainability.
Jay Gite is a Thermal Engineer at NVIDIA, where he specializes in architecting, designing and executing air cooled and liquid cooled solutions for HPC data center products. He also has prior experience working on battery thermal management at Tesla and working on consumer electronic products at Crestron Electronics. Jay obtained his MS in mechanical engineering from SUNY – Stony Brook University with a thesis on developing a novel thermal energy storage system. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has focused on developing an expertise for implementing the fundamentals of heat transfer and fluid dynamics for practical applications.
