The Boeing Company has selected UTC Aerospace Systems to help develop advanced actuation technology for the U.S. Air Force Integrated Vehicle Energy Technology (INVENT) program.
According to the press release, UTC Aerospace Systems will “design, develop and test an integrated suite of advanced actuators featuring technology focused on improving energy, power and thermal management.” The technology developed by UTC Aerospace Systems will be used in next generation of tactical fighters and air mobility transport systems.
